Stress and Anger Management Services
As a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, I am able to work with individuals to help identify anger issues, existing coping skills and learning new and effective ways to manage their anger. We work together to identify specific triggers as well as the origin of anger in their lives. Through identifying stressors, we are able to work towards minimizing anger issues. We discuss techniques and exercises such as taking a time out when angry, assessing environment when triggered, deep breathing, meditation, exercise and many others. I work with individuals to develop an individualized plan of action to manage their anger issues, helping them to understand how it impacts others and potentially causes irreversible damage to friends, coworkers and loved ones. The goal is to help clients understand why they become angry, why they act out through anger and how to process anger in a healthy way.
